Co-founders Kate and Sam first met at a moms meetup group in San Francisco, and a friendship quickly turned into a creative partnership rooted in a love of order, design, and everyday ease.
Kate’s path to Neatly Bay began in the UK, where she worked in fashion design before moving into event design in the Bay Area. That journey eventually led her to home organizing and styling in Marin, where her eye for aesthetics and experience in visual storytelling now shine through in every space she touches. Sam, meanwhile, comes from a background in property management and home staging. She brings a deep understanding of systems, flow, and functionality—along with a true talent for transforming high-traffic areas into spaces that feel serene and purposeful.
Together, they blend beauty and logistics, style and structure. It’s a partnership that makes Neatly Bay feel both elevated and approachable—exactly what you want when inviting someone into your home to help make life run more smoothly.
